Romania rises as outsourcing target

High language and IT skills, coupled with low costs, makes Romania a new haven for outsourcing, such as call centers, help desks, IT and payroll. Analysis by Ana Maria Nitoi

The global economic turmoil has allowed Romania to surface as a promising destination for outsourcing - including IT services and support, contact centers and back-office support.
In financial attractiveness, people skills and the business environment, a 2009 AT Kearney Global Services Location Index shows that Romania has climbed from the 39th to 19th place last year as an outsourcing location.

I have no doubt on Romania's achievement, it is a great a country you know, but not only Romania is boosting with an outsourcing intellect even in Asia there are some countries which excel in this kind of business. Some of them also offer project management consultancy, which is I believe a unique strategy.
